Football is coached by Nick Cochran and Billy Haas and runs from late July through late October. Please check with Coach Cochran for summer weight lifting opportunities.

Summer Weights 2022 - See Below

SEBMS Football Players,

Thanks for your interest in being part of the SEBMS football program.  During the summer, we will have summer weightlifting and conditioning for football.  In order to be the best team in the region, it is necessary that you become dedicated over the summer and committed to getting bigger, faster, and stronger.  We will also run through our playbook, so you will become more familiar with it by the time we start our tryouts on August 1st!  Below are the dates of our summer workout program: 

TIMES FOR WORKOUTS WILL BE: 9:00AM-10:30AM TO STAY CONSISTENT WITH THE HIGH SCHOOL

Week One:  June 7-9

Week Two:  June 14-16

Week Three:  June 21-23

Week Four: June 28-30

Week Five: July 12-14

Week Six: July 18-20th(free mini-camp with high school coaches)

Week Seven: July 26-28th(Time changed to 4:00-5:30)

Tryouts start on 1st day of school.
