Football is coached by Nick Cochran and Billy Haas and runs from late July through late October. Please check with Coach Cochran for summer weight lifting opportunities.

Summer Weights 2021

Southeast Bulloch Middle School Football Players,

Thanks for your interest in being part of the our football program.  During the summer, we will have summer weightlifting and conditioning for football.  In order to be the best team in the region, it is necessary that you become dedicated over the summer and committed to getting bigger, faster, and stronger.  We will also run through our playbook, so you will become more familiar with it by the time we start our season on August 3 as of now. Below are the dates of our summer workout program: 

TImes for workouts will be 9:00 a.m. -10:30 a.m. to stay consistent with the high school. 

Week One:  July 8 & 9

Week Two:  July 14,15,16

Week Three:  July 21 & 22

Workouts from 4:00-5:30 starting July 23

Week Four: July 27, 28, 29, 30

Everyone who played last year is signed up for this group.  All others need to contact Nick Cochran to make sure you are on the list.  We are limited to 50 athletes at this time per group.  We will make a second group if we exceed the number of 50.  All of this is subject to change depending on what happens with board decisions on Coronavirus response.
